Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable AI/ML infrastructure and frameworks for Project 2026.
- Lead the architectural roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of core systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Optimize existing models and pipelines to improve inference speed and reduce latency.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant technologies into the product.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale production ML models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
