Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling real-time global data streams.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation deep learning models, specifically focusing on reinforcement learning and predictive analytics.
- Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the successful delivery of the 2026 initiative milestones.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization across the organization.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through the full product lifecycle from concept to production.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
