Responsibilities

- Lead Engineering Teams: Direct a cross-functional team of engineers and researchers to deliver the Project 2026 roadmap on schedule.
- Optimize Cloud Infrastructure: Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of our cloud-based AI infrastructure using AWS or Azure.
- Drive R&D Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP and Computer Vision to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical standards and best practices for AI deployment within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
