Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing and real-time inference.
- Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and innovation milestones.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing APIs into existing neural network infrastructures.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews, performance audits, and architectural assessments to maintain system integrity.
- Define best practices for security, scalability, and reliability in distributed AI environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and their application to classical machine learning problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive complex projects from concept to deployment.
