Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI/ML infrastructure for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead the end-to-end development of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct research to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, keeping our stack at the cutting edge.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and algorithm optimization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning concepts.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong grasp of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
