Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary machine learning models designed for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise-grade software products.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Define technical vision and best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/Keras).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
