Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems designed for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines.
- Optimize model inference for edge devices and cloud environments to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into core product workflows.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and reinforcement learning.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, evaluation, and continuous deployment (MLOps).
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying models at scale in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Rust or Go for high-performance backend systems is a plus.
