Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of large-scale machine learning models and generative AI systems.
- Architect robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Conduct research and experimentation with state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and backend engineers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for AI projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to advise the company on strategic technology investments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, or Computer Vision architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
