Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems for the Horizon 2026 roadmap.
- Define best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps) and data governance.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic business goals into technical blueprints.
- Optimize existing neural networks for real-time performance and reduced latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
