Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- System Optimization: Enhance model inference latency and reduce computational costs using advanced quantization and edge computing techniques.
- Research Integration: Translate academic breakthroughs in neural interfaces and cognitive computing into practical software products.
- AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams to define the roadmap for future AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
