Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art transformer-based models for enterprise applications.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable MLOps pipelines to manage the full lifecycle of machine learning models from experimentation to production.
- Performance Optimization: Implement techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation to reduce latency and inference costs.
- Deployment: Lead the deployment of AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) with a focus on high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Ethics & Compliance: Ensure AI models adhere to bias mitigation guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java with deep knowledge of libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Frameworks: Extensive experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- Cloud Skills: Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
