Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced Generative AI models and Large Language Models tailored for enterprise applications.
- Optimize AI inference pipelines to ensure high performance, low latency, and cost-efficiency at scale.
- Lead the research and implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy and context awareness.
- Mentor a team of talented data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core business products seamlessly.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformer architectures, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-availability backend engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
