Job Description
Be the Architect of Tomorrow: Build the AI of 2026
Nexus Future Labs is pioneering the next generation of autonomous intelligent systems. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of our flagship product—a self-improving, multi-agent AI ecosystem designed to redefine human-machine collaboration.
In this role, you won't just integrate APIs; you will design the neural pathways of the future. You will work in a high-performance environment focused on scalability, reasoning, and the ethical deployment of Generative AI at scale.
Why join us?
- Work on the cutting edge of AI, preparing the infrastructure for 2026 and beyond.
- Competitive compensation package with equity for early contributors.
- Top-tier engineering stack and access to the latest compute resources.
Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for Large Language Model (LLM) agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral) for specific domain reasoning tasks.
- Autonomous Agents: Develop the logic and memory systems that enable AI agents to perform complex, multi-step reasoning autonomously.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of mid-level engineers and researchers, setting technical standards for code quality and AI safety.
- Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade software engineering.
- RAG & Vector Databases: Spearhead the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to ensure factual accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML and Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- AI Knowledge: Extensive experience with Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGPT).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
