Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative neural networks.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, speed, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and ethics boards) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end MLOps pipeline, including model training, validation, and deployment.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, GANs).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
