Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance generative AI models optimized for low-latency inference and high throughput.
- Lead the research, fine-tuning, and alignment strategies for proprietary LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Implement rigorous testing frameworks to ensure safety, fairness, and reliability of AI outputs.
- Optimize model efficiency through techniques such as quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, security) to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on deep learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and C++.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks.
