Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for next-gen AI applications.
- Lead the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, bridging the gap between theoretical research and production deployment.
- Optimize deep learning models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader software ecosystems.
- Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience deploying models in production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
