Responsibilities

- Lead the integration of cutting-edge LLMs and Generative AI agents into our primary product suite.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards that align with emerging industry trends and the future tech stack.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into robust, high-performance software.
- Ensure rigorous data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI practices in all deployed models.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on AI/ML systems and large-scale infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing systems capable of handling high concurrency and massive data throughput.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
