Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and AI systems aligned with 2026 industry standards.
- Model Development: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- R&D: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, such as Generative AI and Autonomous Systems, to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks. Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
