Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of complex AI and machine learning systems, focusing on scalability and future-proofing for 2026 tech stacks.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research and prototype next-generation algorithms, including Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum-inspired computing solutions.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, collaborating with C-level executives and product teams to align business goals with technological capabilities.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment, tuning, and optimization of large-scale models to ensure high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in emerging technologies such as LLMs, Computer Vision, or Edge AI.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and design systems that can handle massive data throughput.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
