We are pioneering the technology stack for the year 2026. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our research into next-generation Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Quantum-Ready Systems.
In this role, you will define the architectural paradigms for our upcoming product lines, ensuring scalability, security, and performance in an increasingly complex digital landscape. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Direction: Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on Large Language Models and multimodal AI.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for responsible AI, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize infrastructure for low-latency, high-throughput data processing and model inference.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and data scientists in advanced engineering techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-scale environments.
