Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable AI/ML architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data and high-velocity inference requests.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical vision for our 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Model Development: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from prototype to deployment, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and improve the efficiency of our neural networks and distributed systems.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict security protocols and industry compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record architecting solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
