Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability AI infrastructure pipelines.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating quantum-ready algorithms into cloud ecosystems.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and ensure optimal performance and latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Neuromorphic computing and Edge AI.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing systems for 10x scale and beyond.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
