Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design scalable, robust, and secure AI-driven architectures for large-scale enterprise applications, focusing on latency reduction and high availability.
- Strategic Innovation: Research and prototype emerging AI technologies (e.g., Large Language Models, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of models for inference speed and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and managing complex data pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
