Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable Generative AI systems and large-scale transformer models.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of machine learning pipelines in cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Drive research initiatives into emergent AI behaviors and next-gen neural architectures.
- Ensure ethical AI governance, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in building production-grade AI systems and machine learning models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
