Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.
- Oversee the integration of LLMs with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for enhanced reasoning.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, guardrails, and safety alignment in autonomous agents.
- Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate advanced AI capabilities into user-friendly solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning engineering, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and agent orchestration frameworks.
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems.
