Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Generative AI and LLM pipelines for production environments.
- Lead the research and development of novel neural network architectures.
- Define and enforce AI governance, ethics, and safety standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
