Responsibilities
- Architect & Scale: Design and implement the core infrastructure for training and deploying state-of-the-art Generative AI models, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead research initiatives to improve model accuracy, reduce latency, and implement advanced quantization techniques for edge deployment.
- Ethical AI Frameworks: Establish and enforce safety guidelines and guardrails to ensure AI outputs align with our strict ethical standards and compliance regulations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate complex AI solutions into seamless user experiences.
- R&D Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, identifying emerging technologies that will drive our roadmap for the next decade.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years leading complex technical projects or teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve high-level technical challenges and optimize large-scale data processing workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
