Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI models, optimizing for latency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, ensuring continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies (Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces) and assess their feasibility for our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience designing large-scale distributed systems and handling big data processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI applications.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
