Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for our flagship AI platform, ensuring scalability and innovation by the 2026 release date.
- Architect Robust Systems: Design fault-tolerant, high-performance AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies, including generative adversarial networks (GANs) and reinforcement learning paradigms.
- Mentor & Guide: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior architects and data scientists.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI safety, transparency, and bias mitigation across all models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps for major software releases.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
