Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects exploring Large Language Models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, and next-gen neural networks.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI integration across all product lines.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of machine learning models to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish best practices for code quality and mentor junior data scientists and engineers.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3-5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about technology trends and their business implications.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
