Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI model development, from research to production deployment.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure improvements aligned with 2026 strategic goals.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor engineering teams on best practices in deep learning.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to model bias, security vulnerabilities, and data integrity.
- Partner with product management to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures at scale.
- Experience with cloud native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data governance principles.
