Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust AI architectures capable of handling massive data streams for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI development within the organization.
- Conduct deep research into emerging AI paradigms and evaluate their feasibility for implementation.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI capabilities with business goals.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performance engineering teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
