Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement robust AI infrastructure capable of scaling to meet the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of advanced machine learning models, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and inference speed for edge and cloud environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or AI architecture.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
