Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures using modern frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of ML models in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define and execute the technical roadmap.
- Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI standards are met.
- Optimize system performance for real-time processing and low-latency inference.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strong background in Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex projects.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
