Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI and Machine Learning systems for Project 2026.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment to ensure high availability and performance.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct architectural reviews and technical assessments to mitigate risks and optimize system efficiency.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures on AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data governance principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
