Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable Generative AI and Agentic workflow solutions designed for the 2026 landscape.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for high-performance inference and low-latency deployment.
- R&D Leadership: Lead internal research initiatives into emerging paradigms like Spatial Computing and AI for Sustainability.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Build robust MLOps pipelines ensuring reproducibility and compliance with evolving AI governance standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Core: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and transformer architectures.
- Deployment: Proven track record deploying models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Emerging Tech: Familiarity with the concepts of Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and Edge AI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
