Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure tailored for future deployment needs.
- Lead Model Development: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from research and prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine algorithms to ensure low-latency inference and high accuracy in diverse environments.
- Guide Technical Strategy: Translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps, setting the standard for 2026 engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to drive innovation from concept to launch.

Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous challenges and derive innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
