Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms focused on autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to define technical roadmaps for 2026.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance in high-stakes production environments.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) and integrate them into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
