Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 AI capabilities, focusing on Large Language Models and autonomous agent systems.
- Model Architecture: Design and optimize complex neural network architectures for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in real-world applications.
- Prototype Development: Build and iterate on Proof-of-Concept (PoC) systems that push the boundaries of current machine learning techniques.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business goals into technical AI solutions.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish best practices for AI engineering, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- System Integration: Integrate advanced AI models into our existing cloud infrastructure, ensuring robust security and performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Research Background: Strong understanding of current SOTA (State of the Art) models and the ability to read and implement cutting-edge research papers.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and optimize model inference times.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
