Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the deployment of scalable Machine Learning pipelines and distributed systems.
- Define and implement the technical vision for our 2026 AI strategy, focusing on LLMs and Agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions.
- Establish MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability, performance, and governance.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and Machine Learning, with 5+ years in architectural leadership.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong background in system design, high-availability environments, and data engineering.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex projects from concept to production.
