Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures for 2026-ready applications.
- Lead research initiatives in emergent AGI capabilities and reasoning models.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-throughput inference on cloud and edge environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model interpretability, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate theoretical AI advancements into tangible products.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced machine learning techniques.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model versioning (MLflow, Kubeflow).
