Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, implement, and maintain scalable machine learning infrastructure and Generative AI pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Research Integration: Translate theoretical research papers into practical, production-ready code and systems.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and Vision Transformers to ensure high performance, low latency, and cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact features.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols regarding bias and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL. Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning. Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA) and RAG architectures.
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
