Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of machine learning models and inference engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and next-gen computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed systems.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformers, and generative AI techniques.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
