Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure for next-gen models.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced neural architectures (Transformers, Diffusion Models).
- Optimize model performance for real-time inference in high-traffic environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model transparency, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product lines.
- Stay ahead of global technological trends to ensure our roadmap remains competitive.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and software architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale NLP or Computer Vision models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
