Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design and implement high-performance, scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI agents.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Engineer solutions that reduce latency and cost while maximizing output accuracy for real-time applications.
- MLOps & DevOps Integration: Build robust CI/CD pipelines and MLOps infrastructure to automate model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- RAG Strategy: Develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation strategies to ensure data privacy and factual accuracy in AI outputs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and security experts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning systems.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Prisma).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically in deploying ML workloads.
- System Design: Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
