Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models and neural networks for large-scale applications.
- Lead the research and development of next-gen algorithms, focusing on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing AI infrastructure for speed, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
- Establish best practices for model monitoring, version control, and deployment pipelines (MLOps).
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including neural networks, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring junior engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
