Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI architectures for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Optimize existing machine learning pipelines for scalability, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct research and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies including Transformers and diffusion models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
