Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists to deliver production-ready models.
- Optimize neural network architectures for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into technical reality.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct deep research into emerging technologies to keep the company ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven track record of deploying and scaling complex ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and high-availability systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
