Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design the core infrastructure for large-scale LLMs and multimodal AI systems intended for deployment in 2026.
- Research & Development: Lead the exploration of emerging AI paradigms, including quantum computing interfaces and advanced reinforcement learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of models on cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring sub-millisecond latency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish internal guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps for executive leadership and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and microservices.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying production-ready NLP or Computer Vision models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve unstructured problems and think critically about system scalability and reliability.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
