Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable AI systems focused on the 2026 roadmap.
- Drive the research and implementation of state-of-the-art algorithms in Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models into production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy and ethical AI compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies.
- Deep understanding of machine learning lifecycles, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
